PROJECT: Manthorpe Terrace is a proposal for a residential development on a wooded plot adjacent to Woodborough Road in Mapperley, Nottingham.

STATUS: Early design stages
This scheme looks to maximise the amount of units per affected meters squared of excavated ground.
Therefore, a row of terraced units have been created, which sit at the bottom (North) of the site just off of Manthorpe Crescent where the least amount of excavation would be needed.
