The development includes a mix of housing typologies in accordance with the local plan.
Dwellings feature recessed entrances, providing shelter and depth to the facade, and adjoining garages with off-street parking to improve the pedestrian routes within the site.
The development also features a series of bungalows with covered parking area's to accommodate for additional accessibility requirements.
